RETURNS and REFUNDS
We accept returns on our products, except our OILS, within 7 days or receipt of your order.
Our product pages offer you detailed photos and descriptions for your buying convenience. For any reason if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt. Goods un-used and/or un-opened to be returned, will ONLY be accepted. Refunds on postage DO NOT apply.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods damaged or faulty, we will be replace it if available, no questions asked. Refunds on postage to return faulty items DO apply.
We shall refund the total amount of your order including postage if you decide to cancel it before we have sent the goods.
We shall refund the total amount of goods ONLY if you decide to cancel your order after your order has been sent by us. Refunds will be issued once we receive the goods back in as new and unopened condition and you must advise us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Post. Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery within Australia and 2-3 weeks delivery for International orders. Heavy international orders may be sent by Seamail which is 8-10 weeks delivery. We endeavour to send all Intl orders via AIRMAIL - however if your order shipping amount is insufficient, we may contact you for your further instructions. We will email you on the day your order is despatched, so you will know your package is on its way. If your order is URGENT, please let us know and we can arrange to send your parcel Express Post. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - DUTY AND TAXES
Please note that for all international orders (orders delivered outside Australia) except orders sent to the United States , you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the recipient country's government once the product reaches your country.
There should be no customs duties for products imported to the United States due to the Australian/US Free Trade Agreement (FTA) that came into effect on January 1, 2005.
For all international orders except for the United States, all additional charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by you. Such charges are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price of The Realm of White Magic products. We have no control over those charges and cannot determine what they may be. We are not authorised by international governments to charge import duties on their behalf.
Customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether customs duties will apply.
We will not be responsible for the payment of any customs duties under any circumstances.
When ordering from us you AGREE to pay any import duties which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any import duties imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the shipping price together with any shipping amount incurred in the return of the goods to us and any customs duty or penalty imposed by your government.
On receiving your returned parcel we will refund/credit the value of goods ONLY less shipping fees to send the order to you initially. Furthermore, any shipping amount incurred in the return of the goods to us and any customs duty or penalty imposed by your government will be deducted from the refund/credit we give you for the goods.
